Triumph Chrome Collection
Let me shine
Ten limited edition Triumphs, available for one year only, with one feature in common: chrome!
We talk about it with Renato Montagnier, Architect and Designer
Back to the roots
One hundred and twenty years, that's a long time, and it represents the history of the Triumph brand, ups and downs, successes, falls and rebirths. Over a century of life that has gone through fashions and discovered new materials.
From metal, it went to plastic, then back to basics with this range of bikes.
Chrome plating as a return to the origins, underlining purity and quality.
Bonneville Bobber, T100 and T 120, Speedmaster, Scrambler 900 and 1200, Thruxton RS, Speed Twin 900, plus the Modern Classic Rocket 3 in R and GT versions.
For one year they will be available with this chrome tank livery that harks back to the early days of the brand, to the Speed Twins of 1937, with references to the Triton models of the 1960s.
Chrome Editions models will arrive at dealerships around the world between late 2022 and early 2023, depending on country-specific availability, and will cost an additional €350 to €900 over the list price (ex dealer) of the base model.
We have analyzed what does this type of finish can represent and what represented in the design history, with Renato Montagner, Dainese Art Director.
