Honda ADV 350
5 things to know
Honda's adventure scooter debuts in Milan. 5 curiosities to know it better
EICMA 2021 is the setting for the debut of the new Honda ADV 350, a scooter that Honda has set up on the technical basis of the Forza 350, transforming it, however, naturally, according to the concepts that in 2016 gave birth to the X-ADV 750. Here are five things to know absolutely...
- It is produced in Italy, in the Atessa plant (like the Forza 350) but although it was born in Italy, it was not designed by Maurizio Carbonara. However, it retains the great strength of the X-ADV, namely the motorcycle front suspension: the inverted fork is squeezed by two steering plates, ensuring strength and especially feeling at the handlebars.
- The base is precisely that of the Forza 350, then with a 330 cc eSP+ engine capable of delivering 29.2 horsepower and 31.5 Nm. All kept at bay on treacherous surfaces by the traction control HSTC - Honda Selectable Torque Control.
- In Italy it will arrive only with the Smart Top Box, the "intelligent" top box controlled by the Smart Key.
- The LCD dashboard comes standard with Honda Smartphone Voice Control System connectivity, and there's a USB-C socket in the glove compartment to charge a cell phone or device as desired.
- The under-seat compartment manages to hold two full-face helmets.
